Shipping and Returns
In store
If you're local to our brick-and-mortar store, you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
All items wished to be returned must have a valid receipt with items listed on it. Items may be returned for full cash or credit value, via the type of payment used at purchase, within 7 days of the date of purchase. Customer must have the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase in order to receive a refund. We do not refund cash for any credit or debit purchases made. Any items brought back after the 7 day grace period will only be given store credit or an equal value exchange. Any items wish to be returned from an online purchase must have a printed receipt or email copy receipt present to fulfill the return. All purchases, in store or online, still fall under the 7 day return grace period. All items being returned or exchanged must have original tags attached to items and/or be in original box or packaging. Items not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shippingOrders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom items (like tees and bows) may take 5–7 business days to create before shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check your package status anytime using the tracking number provided.
